In the mid-'50s she was a showgirl and then a singer at the Sands Hotel in Las Vegas.
When she was three, her family moved to Fontana, California and she began singing while still a child and, by the end of her teen years, she'd turned professional.
She was the typical exotic and sexy beauty from Hollywood. She started as a singer (recorded many albums), then married the director and producer John Foreman (Films with Paul Newman, of which Butch Cassidy and the Kid),
Her career spanned the years 1956 to 2005 with fifty-two credits, she appeared in films and many television series.

She had recurring roles in Adventures in Paradise (1959 - 1961 TV Series) ― Don't Call Me Charlie (1962 - 1963 TV Series) ― The Real McCoys ( 1963 TV Series) ― Ben Casey (1965 TV Series) ― That's Life (2000 - 2001 TV Series).
She also appeared in Wagon Train ― Overland Trail ― BonanzaIt Takes a Thief  ― Without a Trace (2002)

As an actress, Jennifer Lea has been seen in movies such as The Tall Stranger (1957) ― Jeanne Eagles (1957) ― The Hostage (1967) ― The Search for the Evil One (1967).

She has appeared in TV Series such as Family Affair ― The Beverly Hillbillies ― My Three Sons ― Have Gun - Will Travel ― The Rebel ― Men Into Space ― The Deputy ― Colt .45 ― Wichita Town ― Dragnet ― Tales of Wells Fargo ― Bachelor Father ― The Millionaire ― Wanted: Dead or Alive ― The Walter Winchell File ― M Squad ― Sergeant Preston of the Yukon ― The Thin Man ― Alfred Hitchcock Presents  ― General Electric Theater ― Schlitz Playhouse

She was chosen to play Laura Petrie in the pilot for what became The Dick Van Dyke Show (1961), but was replaced by Barbara Britton, who in-turn was replaced by Mary Tyler Moore, when the series finally aired.

Besides The Rifleman he also appeared with Chuck Connors in Arrest and Trial. Sadly this was his last appearance. I really think he was great as a bad dude, too bad he didn't do more acting. I wonder why?

He appeared on Broadway as a Dancer in Pal Joey December 25, 1940 - November 29, 1941.

His career spanned ten years with twenty credits to his name.
He appeared in several TV Series: Target: The Corruptors ― Bonanza ― The Lawless Years ― The Rebel ― Dante ―  Wanted: Dead or Alive ― The Chevy Mystery Show ― Colt .45 ― Peter Gunn ― Highway Patrol ― State Trooper M Squad ― Climax! ― Official Detective ― West Point ― Gunsmoke ― Soldiers of Fortune ― Suspense (was his first TV Show appearance 1953).  

He never appeared in a movie.

She was the one who had the measles

Carol's acting career spanned seven years with fifteen credits to her name. She never appeared in a movie but had done several TV Series: Naked City ― New Comedy Showcase ― The Deputy ― State Trooper ― Flight ― Father Knows Best ― The People's Choice ― The George Burns and Gracie Allen Show ― Perry Mason  ― The Court of Last Resort ― Lux Video Theatre ― The Adventures of Jim Bowie ― Shower of Stars ― Climax!

The Rifleman is the last thing she did.
